   Technical business counterpart on the team that manages all of the group's B2B accounts globally (travel agencies and corporate profiles): quality controls, fixing at source, UAT/QA, rule definition and reporting. IT's counterpart, with Sales as the internal client.

   • Raised SAP S/4HANA ↔ SAP Sales Cloud sync accuracy from 45 % to 99.8 %: profiled the mismatches, fixed them at source and defined the controls that keep them from returning.
   • Daily SQL on Azure Synapse: analysing warehouse tables and views and developing the queries and views that feed the team's Alteryx workflows, Power BI dashboards and Python scripts.
   • Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Cloud daily: I build and maintain the cleansing, reconciliation and control workflows the rest of the department runs, replacing manual Excel reviews.
   • Own the group's B2B data-quality Power BI dashboards (3 main multi-page ones plus specific views): integration health, quality KPIs and issue tracking for management and the markets.
   • Built a Python tool on SAP GUI Scripting for bulk changes in SAP S/4HANA (hundreds of records per run), used by my team and other departments; with dry-run, per-row validation and a change log.
   • Built a duplicate-detection pipeline for account records: Python generates candidate pairs and a local LLM (qwen2.5 via Ollama, CPU-only) classifies each pair with a reason for human review; no customer data leaves the company.
   • Own the department's UAT and QA in Reltio MDM and SAP S/4HANA: test cases, validating changes with IT and sign-off before production.
   • Take part in master-data rule definition, including the D&B DUNS registration rules for 2026 and 2027.
   • Department documentation on SharePoint (procedures, controls, guides) and Power Automate automations; audit support.
